The Lost Truths: The Fear of God

All over the Bible, there is a great emphasis on The Fear of God.
However, this ancient truth is neglected by the modern church… It is time to bring it back!

That is why I call this series the Lost Truths – values like Fear of God, Obedience, Servanthood must be taught.

In HOGC, we are modern in our presentation, but ancient in our values.
While we may seem contemporary on the outside, our values remain conservative.

It is only Biblical. When describing these men and women of God – Moses, Abraham, David… all the way to even Jesus, Cornelius – the Bible calls out they have the Fear of God…

This must go down to the generations of young people in our churches.

Deuteronomy 4:10 tells us that the Fear of God can be learnt, and it can be taught. Pastors and leaders, let’s teach our next generations to BOTH love God and fear Him.
